ABOUT ASHLEY 

You attract what you are and your life is a reflection of what you believe. Mindset is everything. The energy you carry when you walk into a room and the places you focus that energy, become your life. The only real challenge we all have is our own minds. Anything is possible. And every day is an event.

Being an event producer came to me –– I didn't seek it out. Working on events means you get to work with people who are inspired right now, rather than waiting (and planning) to live.

I grew up a performer, training with the best of the best in both dance and acting. I’ve performed on some of the largest stages both in New York and regionally. I trained with the late and great William Esper and Wynn Handman; both taught me where my strengths lie, mainly in my ability to empathize with others and my imagination. As you can imagine, my prior experiences have played a significant role in my success as an event producer.

A great piece of theater is the result of collaboration. The goal of any art form, and event, is to move people and have them leave feeling better than when they arrived. Celebrations are acts of appreciation.

I have also worked in the hospitality industry with some of the best restaurateurs in both NYC and LA. Additionally, I shadowed some of the best event planners and designers in LA before moving back to NY and opening ADE.

I trust myself and my team completely. Everything is our responsibility, even if it is not on paper. Everything matters and is connected: service, design, ambiance, flow, production, and timing. They all equal the experience you and your guests will have, in memory, too. We are as prepared as anyone; an event is live theater with one shot to get it right. 

My dream wedding ceremony includes a few fabulous musical performances full of meaning to truly reflect the importance and sweetness of the moment. Then the ceremony starts after guests have settled in and have forgotten they are at a wedding. Having an element of surprise is a fantastic ingredient for a successful event.

JESSICA MORRACCO

EVENT MANAGER

Jessica is a true Brooklynite who fell in love with hospitality early on. Nearing twenty years of experience, Jess has done it all - from event planning to staffing and much more. Her happy place is with her nieces and animals. She has the biggest heart for dogs and really any creature in need. She is an avid cross-fitter and really might be the strongest person we know. You will probably find her with electrolyte water in one hand and a coffee in the other. Lastly, if you need to know anything about any neighborhood in NY, ask Jess as she frequently walks the entire city; Almost as often as she accumulates air miles, as she loves to explore.  

We love her for her can-do attitude, her non-judgemental frame of mind, and industriousness in the moment, which is a skill you cannot teach. We are lucky to have such an event veteran on our team. Jess is the perfect person to execute our events.

ALLIE TOLLA

EVENT LEAD

Allie has earned the nickname “The Wedding Fairy”. She has all the necessary qualities for someone in this line of work and she is genuinely the happiest, wisest, and most reliable person. She’s fantastic at being on-the-ball with production, and taking care of the wedding party on the day-of. She is a true professional anyone on the team can rely on. You can also find her managing a full-service restaurant and venue, doing yoga, and skiing the highest mountains with her high school sweetheart and now fiancé. 

JULIA BLANCHARD

GRAPHIC DESIGN + OFFICE ASSISTANCE

Julia is a designer, artist, and actor. She graduated from NYU Gallatin School of Individualized Study in 2018 with a concentration in Communication Through the Arts. Julia has worked in design on a freelance and part time basis within a number of industries, including retail, real-estate, tech, and entertainment. 

Julia's roots as a visual artist guided her into the field of design. Her recent works are mixed media, constructed of predominately yarn and fiber, and feminist in spirit. Her eye for composition and color give her a natural edge in the world of design and aesthetics. 

CAROLINE VINCENT

Caroline is a Senior at Emory University pursuing a dual degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing and Organization & Management, and Political Science. She was our full time intern in the Summer of 2024.

Her professional experiences include working as a Branding Strategy and Business Analytics Intern at Beats by Dre and interning for local politicians. During these experiences, she focused on organizing community-based campaigns and events, which enriched her ability to manage large-scale events seamlessly and with meticulous attention to detail. 

Caroline's leadership shines. As a co-founder and current leader of the Social Impact Marketing Group, she spearheads initiatives to boost local businesses in Atlanta. Caroline was also responsible for planning seven days of recruitment as the Director of Recruitment for her Sorority. There, she planned and managed activities, decor and the seamless integration of multimedia elements to create an immersive and inspiring experience.

Caroline is also a published author and passionate creator in the digital space, enhancing her depth of experience in communication. 

Caroline enjoys a variety of activities in her free time, from running to hot yoga to jewelry making and cooking. She is passionate about traveling and exploring new cultures and is always eager to gather unique insights and inspirations that enrich her life.
